  1. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
  2. Combine butter, flour, salt and water in a food processor.
  3. Press the dough into a pie (about 25 cm in diameter).
  4. Prick the dough with a fork and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Beat the whipped cream, black pepper and egg yolks until yolky. Grate the cheese.
  6. Put the grated cheese in the pie dish and pour over the egg mixture. Flatten a little with a spoon to get an even surface.
  7. Bake on the middle level of the oven for about 30-35 minutes. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
