Tips for a successful Ranch Dip
There are a few things to keep in mind when making your own ranch dip. Here are some great tips for success with dips:
This way you avoid lumps forming.
To prevent lumps from forming in the dip, the dry spices must first be mixed with the sour cream. Then mix in the tomato puree, honey and lemon juice.
First, mix the spices with the tomato puree, honey and lemon juice, and it will become a sticky mess. It is difficult to mix with cream without forming lumps.
First mix the dry spices with the sour cream and then add the other ingredients!
Leave to set in the fridge for at least 15 minutes
In order for the dip to be as good and spicy as possible, it is important to leave it in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes before serving.
It can last longer and can be prepared earlier. Let it stand for a few hours and enjoy in the fridge, it just tastes better!
Ranch dip. about
In Sweden, chips and dip are one of the most popular snacks on Friday or instead of a Saturday treat.
One of the most popular types of dip is ranch, which you usually buy as a pre-made seasoning mix at the grocery store. The spice mixture is then mixed with sour cream and served with chips or vegetable sticks.
Ready-made spice mixes are good, but unfortunately not so useful because they contain a lot of unnecessary additives.
This recipe tastes similar to what you can make, but is much healthier and, in my opinion, even more delicious.
Can you make the dip the day before?
It’s going well!
