A good and easy recipe for an Asian cucumber salad that takes about 20 minutes to prepare. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Instructions

  3. Mix rice vinegar, granulated sugar, salt, lemon juice and sesame oil in a bowl.
  4. Add chopped cucumber and chopped chilli.
  5. Shake and cover. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
